1. Engagement Principles

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of consulting services, custom ERP development, workflow automation, and technical architecture by INTELINEST INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U85500KL2024OPC086686).

2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon settlement of agreed milestone deliverables for custom development engagements, the client owns 100% of custom-developed application source code, relational database schemas, and tailored business logic with zero proprietary vendor lock-in.

3. Zero Recurring Software Licensing Taxes

Intelinest custom systems do not impose recurring per-user or per-seat licensing fees. Ongoing hosting and third-party infrastructure (e.g. AWS, cloud databases) remain directly under the client's ownership and control.

4. Complimentary Diagnostics & Audits

Complimentary website reviews and initial discovery sessions are diagnostic assessments provided without financial obligation. Recommendations may be executed independently or in partnership with Intelinest.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All engagements and legal agreements are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
